About · Alexis

A person, a process,
commitments in writing.

I’m Alexis, a web developer in Rouen. Through Nymphea, I design websites and automations for freelancers, businesses and agencies.

My background

Alexis, web developer in Rouen

I’m a web developer based in Rouen. I design, code and test your websites. You work directly with me to define your needs and follow what is being delivered.

I previously worked as a sole trader. That experience taught me to define a brief, explain a quote and take account of the time a small business has available. I start with what your website needs to help you do.

My Product Builder training in No-Code & AI builds on that experience: creating a product, connecting tools and automating tasks. I use AI agents to help me code and test. I make the decisions, review the work and check the result in a browser before delivery.

The process, day by day

Here is how a project scoped over five days works. It assumes an agreed scope, supplied content and a deposit received before work begins. This format suits a single page; a larger website needs the timeline stated in the quote.

  1. Day 1 — Define the scope. We clarify the objective, pages, features and content. Together, we agree the acceptance criteria and timeline. You receive a written scope: what the project includes and excludes.
  2. Day 2 — Design. I prepare the structure and visual direction. You review the order of information and presentation choices in an initial proposal. We gather your feedback before development.
  3. Day 3 — Build. I implement the agreed content and features for mobile and desktop. I give you access to a preview so you can follow the work and flag any differences from the agreed scope.
  4. Day 4 — Test and refine. I check the links, form, layout, accessibility and performance in a browser. We use the second round of revisions for the agreed adjustments. I fix the issues found.
  5. Day 5 — Deliver. Once you approve the work, I launch the website and check it at its final address. I hand over the code, account access and guidance for using it. The 30-day bug warranty starts on delivery.

Two rounds of revisions are included. If a feature or content is added, I explain the effect on the price and timeline before continuing. Timelines for each package are on the Pricing page.

My commitments and their limits

What I guarantee

  • A written scope, price and timeline before work starts. Any additions require prior agreement.
  • Two rounds of revisions and a preview to approve the work.
  • Browser checks before launch: mobile and desktop layout, links, form, accessibility and performance.
  • You own the code and account access on delivery. The domain name and hosting are in your name.
  • A 30-day bug warranty, excluding new features.

What I don’t guarantee

  • A Google ranking or a number of visitors, enquiries or sales.
  • Delivery within five days for every project. The timeline depends on the scope and starts when I receive the deposit and content.
  • Keeping the same delivery date if the content, approvals or scope change.
  • Uninterrupted service from your hosting provider or third-party services.
  • Further development or ongoing maintenance within the 30-day warranty. These services are quoted separately.

Let’s discuss your needs

Tell me what you want to build, your deadline and your budget. I can then propose a scope and timeline.
