These four projects are exercises: clients are fictional, deliverables are real. Here, I outline the problems addressed, solutions delivered, and documented results.
Brochure sites and automation: figures below from tests and audits recorded on 18 October 2026.
Technical efficiency
Problem. A short-term rental concierge service needed a simple brochure site, easy to host and maintain.
Solution. Delivered in native HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with WebP images and self-hosted fonts.
Result. Images reduced from 942 KB to 546 KB, a 42% weight saving.
Automation
Problem. Orders needed to flow from table to database to kitchen without manual re-entry.
Solution. Connected QR code orders to an Airtable menu and an n8n automation feeding the kitchen display.
Result. End-to-end testing confirmed orders to kitchen status changes with zero re-entry.
Local visibility
Problem. The salon needed online booking without calls and visibility in local searches.
Solution. Built seven pages with online booking, BeautySalon markup, and tailored titles, descriptions, and image alt text.
Result. Audit confirmed seven HTTP 200 pages, no broken images, and no horizontal overflow at 390px.
Delivery speed
Problem. The challenge: design and deliver a fifteen-page high-end architecture site in two days, no templates.
Solution. Built an HTML fragment assembler with native CSS and JavaScript, local fonts, opening video, and a form with acknowledgement.
Result. Fifteen pages delivered in 48 hours, with 100/100 across all four Lighthouse desktop metrics and 88 for mobile performance.
